Yes of course! There isn’t much we can’t do. If you’d like a different quote, that’s not a problem at all. If you’re thinking of a particular layout, let us know and we’ll work together to make your idea to come to life!

You will be asked to add your photo/s on checkout.

Of course! You can always reach out to us to ask about your photos. All photos are precious, and we will do our best to get the best quality possible.

Yes, every personalised photo collage or illustration print will receive a preview (sent to your email address) before shipping. If I haven’t received confirmation within 24 hours of your preview/proof being sent, your order will be dispatched to avoid delays.

Of course! I want you to be 100% happy with your order, so small changes can be made.

For photo collages, the photo order can be rearranged or the quote can be changed.

For illustrations, minor changes can be made, such as hair choice, clothing and the quote.

Yes, all the frames come with a wall mount on the back. A4 frames also come with a stand on the back.

Due to the majority of our products being personalised, we do not accept refunds.

If there is any reason, you’re unhappy with your order, then please reach out to us. We’ll be happy to help make things right.

Our cancellation policy differs depending on the item. If your order has started to be made or has been dispatched, then unfortunately we cannot accept cancellations.

If you’d like to cancel your order then please contact us via email or phone. Please be aware that we try to get orders out as soon as possible, during non-seasonal times we aim to dispatch personalised items within 3 working days.

If your order total is £49.99 or under we include free standard 1st class postage with all our products, which doesn’t come with tracking.

If your total order value exceeds £50, your order will be sent with tracking as standard.

If you require your order to be tracked, there will be an additional charge for this. Please contact me via email or phone to arrange.

If your order has been returned to us, I will try my best to contact you. However, I’m unable to process any refunds or returns.

I am of course happy to resend your order, but there will be a delivery charge for this.
